Personal Training at MW FITNESS is the full package. To us, you are not just a number. We genuinely care about you and seeing you achieve your goals! We have all the tools and knowledge to get you to where you would like to be on your health and fitness journey.


We start your first session with an initial assessment. This includes a full body composition analysis on our Inbody scales. This is a non-invasive way of collecting data (in as little as 15 seconds!) such as your weight, muscle mass, body fat %, water and so much more. Then a series of fitness tests, help us see your starting point. Our expert trainers then have a clear idea of what to do in your sessions to make sure you see results!


We have a wide range of availability, with sessions starting from 7am through till 9pm. We also have weekend availability as well. Our model is that you can book a session with any of our trainers! Each of our trainers have their own expert skill sets, meaning you will never get bored of your training.
